Welcome to CoupeCape. These Terms of Service govern your use of coupecape.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the Store or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and pricing
   We try to show products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. We may limit quantities and correct pricing or product errors, including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you before continuing with the order.
3. Orders and payment
   Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or errors, and we will refund you in full if we decline an order that has been paid. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
4. Shipping and returns
   Shipping times and our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
5. Safe use of the heated robe
   Use the robe only as described in the included instructions. Do not use it if it is damaged, wet or folded while switched on, and do not leave it on unattended. Keep it away from young children and from people who cannot feel heat properly. If you have a medical device or a health concern, check with your doctor before use.
6. Intellectual property
   All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to CoupeCape or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
   Do not use the Store for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to gain unauthorized access to it.
8. Limitation of liability
   To the extent the law allows, CoupeCape is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes to these Terms
   We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
