30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every CoupeCape order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will arrange a refund.

How to return an item
Email support@coupecape.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and cover the return shipping if we ask for the item back.

30-Day Warranty
Every robe includes a free 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us at the email above and we will repair, replace or refund the item.

Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection to your order, a package that is lost in transit, stolen after delivery or damaged is covered with a free reshipment or a full refund.

How refunds are processed
Once your return is received and approved, we process the refund within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method. It can take another 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can cancel free of charge if it has not shipped yet.
